Karma is a new microphone brand based out of Cupertino, California. Karma
microphones are manufactured in a state of the art factory in Shanghai, China that
is owned by and manufactures products exclusively for Karma. Karma microphones
are not carbon copies of famous vintage mics, but are instead innovative new designs.
Our goal in designing and manufacturing our own line is to provide the world with
great products at a price that everyone can afford.
At Karma, we pride ourselves in designing new and innovative products that are
striking and beautiful in both appearance and in sound. The first microphone that
we unveiled in our new line was our patented K-6 phantom powered ribbon mic.
The K-6 was followed by our two large diaphragm tube mics-- the K-58 Multipattern
and the K-55 Cardioid, our family of Class A FET condensers-- the K-35, the K-25
the K-10 and, most recently, our revolutionary new stage condenser mic-- the K-7.
In mid 2006 at the Summer Namm Session in Austin, Texas, we introduced to the
industry the incredible Extreme Mini Condenser (K-Micro). This little wonder
has captured the eyes, ears of many professionals in the industry-- including
the legendary former NEVE co-designer Geoff Tanner of now Aurora Audio.
What does the future hold for KARMA? Well, the way we see it is if you can
dream it, we can make it happen. You can look forward to us continuing to
introduce new waves of audio products that you both can afford and be
proud to show in your mic case.
